Founded by Jemma Uglow, Kismet Lab provides essential services to help elevate brands and businesses to a wider audience by amplifying their value proposition through bespoke commercial strategies.With over a decade of experience in luxury travel, hospitality and events Jemma has built a global network from Asia to Africa and beyond.After starting her early career in Hong Kong leading Sales & Marketing for AsiaSpa magazine, a luxury publication owned by Singapore Press Holdings, Jemma returned to London to continue her career development. Travelling extensively, both personally and professionally, Jemma has established an extensive black book of suppliers, clients and enduring friendships worldwide.One of her proudest career moments was spearheading the launch of Further East, an annual B2B business festival for the Asia luxury travel segment, for renowned community creators - This Is Beyond.
Attracting 500+ delegates to the beaches of Bali to dip their toes in the sand and do business in a refreshingly different way, the show united hospitality professionals from 46 different countries through an engaging and inspiring "un-conference" programme.More recently, Jemma has worked at søster agency - Creative & Experiences specialist - ‘sister’ to leading luxury travel expert Black Tomato as Business Development Director. Working with globally recognised brands such as One&Only Hotels and Resorts, Bentley Motors and William Grant & Sons on creative brand projects, Jemma has been focused on high level client engagement and new business opportunities for the agency.Jemma is now offering her expertise in brand partnerships and development, project management and immersive brand experiences to a refined list of clients working with purpose at their heart, passionate about making business a force for good.
